August 24: Matt Parker and the Deacons at Wild Horse Saloon

This trio is known for their 100% live performances. They never use any technological support when they play, ensuring that all their sounds are made in the moment, live. With a unique sound that they call rock, Matt Parker and the Deacons bring a bluesy, soulful side to the rock genre. The band has been playing together for over 30 years now and have honed their craft to a tee.

September 1: Departure: A Tribute to Journey at House of Blues

Departure has been successfully recreating the sound of iconic band, Journey, for 10 years now. Everything about this band, from vocals and riffs, to shoe styles and dance moves, matches what audiences would see while watching the original Journey crew perform. Get a blast from the past on the first of next month and relive (or maybe, live for the first time) the best moments in Journey history.

September 13: Seether at House of Blues

This South-African rock band has been playing together for almost two decades. The grunge, pop-culture icons released their first album in 2000 and are still going strong. Best known for their song “Poison the Parish”, their song lyrics boast blunt and to-the-point opinions and beliefs. The band’s goal is and always has been, to “cut through the noise”. Their most recent single “Against the Wall”, debuted in an acoustic version in June.
