It’s October which means it’s officially spooky season and nothing screams spooky season like hayrides and pumpkin patches, so we’re rounding out the best spots in Myrtle Beach to kick-off the new season.
Southern Palmetto Farms
Just down the road, in the small town of Aynor, Southern Palmetto Farms has all of the fall festivities you could hope for. With wagon rides, a corn maze, pumpkin patch, cotton maze, animal farm and barrel train rides, there’s enough to do to come back every weekend. Thompson Farm and Nursery
Only minutes from downtown Conway, this small family farm has created one of the greatest atmospheres for families and friends to visit this fall! From kids drive-in movie nights to fun around the fire pit, Thompson Farm’s events can keep anyone in the fall spirit. With over 6.5 acres to find your way through in the corn maze, you’ll need to move quick to enjoy the hayrides, food trucks and hot cider.
Indigo Farms
This small farm serves Myrtle Beach year round with fresh produce. In the fall, though, Indigo Farms turns into a great place for the family to visit. With pick-your-own pumpkins every Saturday, Indigo Farms is the perfect place to spend your weekend this fall. Before you choose your pumpkin, go take a look at the pig races and hop on a hayride!
Coastal North Town Center Pumpkin Patch
For one day only, Coastal North Town Center is giving kids a chance to come get the pumpkin of their dreams on October 26. The best part is, for kids up to age 10, the pumpkins are free! After kids get their pumpkins, they can stay for crafts, face painting and other activities that are all free!
