Be sure to wear green this weekend as Myrtle Beach celebrates its 32nd Annual St. Patrick’s Day Festival and Parade. The event is rain or shine and will be held on Main Street on Saturday, March 14, 2020. About 40,000 people are expected to attend!
The parade will begin at 9 a.m., winding down several blocks. Following the parade, there will be performances by over a dozen musical performers! Performances will take place across 3 different stages and will be going on from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Kids can have fun with rides and games, while the adults can enjoy over 150 vendors selling crafts and serving treats. Throughout the day attendees can also enjoy a variety of events like a Shepard’s Pie eating contest, as well as an adult and junior Leprechaun Contest. Entries will be judged on originality, creativity, appearance, enthusiasm and energy!
